To have a recording of where we are starting from, in order to measure your growth this semester, you will be recording your responses and sending them to me via email - next time, it will be on D2L.

For homework this weekend, avant midi le 19 février - la journée de la famille - please send answers to 3 of any of the six questions below from the fiction or non-fiction category.

Show me your best work and at the end of the semester, you will reflect on how you answer questions differently from the way you did at the beginning of the semester.

NON-ROMANESQUE / NON-FICTION

Organisation / Le sujet

1. Quel type de livre est-il?
2. Le sujet du livre est-il indiqué?
3. Ce livre raconte-il une histoire?  Ce livre donne-t-il les faits sur sujet?

Le style/Le ton

1. Quels mots de vocabulaire sont importants dans ce livre?
2. Quels mots importants sont liés au sujet?
3. L’auteur utilise-t-il des citations des experts?

You will be rehearsing and you will be evaluated on your knowledge of your text based on how you answer questions that you have seen throughout the year.
